Daytime menu

We are open 6 lunchtimes a week from Monday to Saturday and offer a range of delicious snacks, main meals and desserts to eat in or takeaway.

There are plenty of vegan options as well as wheat and gluten free meals. The menu will change regularly throughout the year to reflect the changing seasons and to use as much local produce as possible. At the moment we are cooking our summer menu.

There is no need to book in the daytime but if you have a large group and want to make sure you get the table you need then we would be glad to take your booking.

Snacks, starters and sides

Assorted vegetables fried in a spicy chickpea batter. Served with a spicy tomato chilli and a mint soy yoghurt dip.

Pitta and hummus V £3.50
Warm pitta bread with homemade hummus.

Bruschetta £3.50
Slices of home made spianata bread spread with pesto, topped with sliced tomato and mozzarella and baked.

Served with toast and butter.

Refried beans, jalapenos, cheddar, mozzarella, salsa and nachos wrapped then griddled.

Hot pizza wrap (vegan available) £4

A mixed vegetable curry served sizzling with basmati rice, poppadoms and a drizzle of minted soy yoghurt.

A big salad with pitta bread, babaghanoush, felafel, olives and salads of the day.

Chewy halloumi cheese sandwiched between two slices of aubergine, battered and deep fried. Served also with peas and tartare sauce.
