Pickled red pepper, stuffed with a cream cheese filling and served sliced on two garlicky bread crostini. Served on a crispy Caesar salad with capers, olives, dill and veggie parmesan.

Slices of butternut squash baked in red Thai curry paste, dipped in a sweet corn batter and pan fried. Served on lightly pickled vegetables with a sweet chilli and lime leaf dipping sauce.

Button mushrooms filled with a pecan and stilton pate, breadcrumbed and deep fried. Served on leaves with a tomato and tarragon sauce and a zigzag of garlic mayo.
