Caesar crostini £4.60
Pickled red pepper, stuffed with a cream cheese filling and served sliced on two garlicky bread crostini. Served on a crispy Caesar salad with capers, olives, dill and veggie parmesan.
Hiyashi chukka (vegan available) £4.70
A traditional Japanese style summer salad with noodles, bok choi, asparagus tips, French beans, cucumber, sweet soy mushrooms, shredded mirin omelette and all dressed with a cooling dashi, soy and wasabe sauce.

Slices of butternut squash baked in red Thai curry paste, dipped in a sweet corn batter and pan fried. Served on lightly pickled vegetables with a sweet chilli and lime leaf dipping sauce.

Button mushrooms filled with a pecan and stilton pate, breadcrumbed and deep fried. Served on leaves with a tomato and tarragon sauce and a zigzag of garlic mayo.

Half a roasted fennel topped with spinach and feta cheese flavoured with coriander, lemon and mint, wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Served with tzatziki and a pernod cream sauce.
