Boiled and mashed plantain wrapped around a queen olive stuffed with raisins and then deep fried. Served with a jalapeno cream sauce.
Pea and mint ravioli £5
A homemade Milanese style pasta filled with a garden pea, mozzarella and mint puree, cooked from fresh, served with a herb beurre blanc then topped with veggie parmesan and a little rocket salad.
Goats cheese blinis £4.70
A pan-fried potato blinis topped with a slice of caramelised apple and a slice of French goats cheese, baked lightly and served on leaves with a beetroot borscht sauce.

Crispy iceberg lettuce, pickled peppers, miso marinated aubergine, shredded cucumber and carrot pickle, wasabe and sushi rice all rolled together and served cold sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Main courses

Assorted mushrooms sautéed in butter with onion and garlic and finished with white wine. Served with a creamy layered dauphinoise potato bake, a spinach salad drizzled with truffle oil and served with a wild mushroom sauce.

Butternut squash, peas, Fine beans, courgettes and carrot cooked in a mild aromatically spiced sauce with bananas and lychees. Served with basmati rice and tandoori halloumi cheese and poppadom stack with a coriander and coconut chutney.

Fresh pizza dough wrapped around spinach and ricotta, pesto, oven dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, mozzarella, aubergine and artichokes. Baked and served with a tomato and basil sauce and salad.

A salad of peppers, red onion, chilli, ciabatta, roasted peanuts, lime, coriander and onion topped with a pan fried Thai style aduki bean burger served with a curried vegan slaw and sweet potato wedges.
