This download is the second edition and I completed it a few years ago. Nothing has really changed since then. We are all still very busy,
and in fact, are busier than ever. With the world wide increases in inflation and the increasing cost of our now necessary home tech: mobiles,
computers, wifi etc we are working more than ever.
As the name suggests I tried to address this issue with simple, mostly quick to prepare dishes, with short cuts to make prep times even
shorter.
There a five sections: Snacks and accompaniments, Savoury dishes, Spicy dishes, desserts, budget recipes and Christmas recipes. Below you'll
find a selection from each section.
For small catering businesses times are hard also. The supermarkets jump on any trend as it appears and, with their purchasing power,
produce it for much less than we can. The supermarket 'meal deal' has almost killed off the sandwich business around the whole country. Only busy
city centres with high footfall can support them.
